Solution
In version 11.4.3 A new C# and VB.NET sample is added to our samples (VS2010, VS2017, VS2022) named "TimerActionDraw" and "TimerActionDraw_VB" respectively. This is a simple sample that demonstrates the rendering of entities in split layout views using a timer event.
