Solution
In version 6008 new options added in CmdSelect:
"USERFP" : prompts the user to make a Fence selction by picking points
"USERCP" : prompts the user to make a Crossing polygon selection by picking the polygon's points
"USERWP" : prompts the user to make a Window polygon selection by picking the polygon's points
