Dimension is not drawn properly when World2UserMatrix is other than default IdentityMatrix
Solution
Fixed in 6013.
A new property HorizontalRotation added in vdDimension object which defines the angle in radians between the ECSMatrix X axis of dimension object and World2UserMatrix X axis.
default value = 0.0.
