Summary
CPU Usage is high when moving mouse using vdScrollableControl and RulerObject
Solution
This have do with Ruler object Cursor. In version 6017 when the CursorColor of ruler is Color.Emprty or Color.Transparent the ruler cursor is hidden and the cpu usage is vely low.
