Summary
Ability to show non-exponential large coordinates in the ruler
Solution
In version 6024 a new property ExponentialLimit was added to vdRuler object.
Get/Set the minimum coordinate value for non exponential dispaly.
Default value is 100000.
Set it to -1 for no exponential .
