Summary
Add a new property to the Layer On/Off.
Solution
In version 6026 a new boolean property has been added to the Layer name On.
Off layers are invisible and on layers are visible.
Also the entities that belong to off layers take part in calculations like Extends of drawing etc...
Inserts that belong to off layers still show their entities depending their visibility.
The on/off state has also been added to the LayerComboControl.
