Summary
Support DIMTOFL of ACAD Controls whether a dimension line is drawn between the extension lines even when the text is placed outside.
Solution
In version 7010 we added a new property in the vdDimasion and vdDimStyle as below
Description : Get/Set a boolean value that forces line extensions between extensions if true.Viable for radial and diameter dimensions.
