Solution

A new property DrawSectionLines of vdSectionClip was added in version 7015.0.1
Defines if section lines will rendered over the filled faces.
Default value is true
if doc.GlobalRenderProperties.EdgeColor is Empty then lines are drawn using their entity color else the EdgeColor is used
Lines uses the doc.GlobalRenderProperties.EdgePenWidth for pen width when RenderMode is Hide, ShadeOn or RenderOn
