Summary
vdPoints export to dgn file multiple blocks and inserts are made
Solution
The points are not supported in DGN files, instead vdInserts/vdBlocks are created.
In the 7.7015.0.2 version only one vbBlock is created and this is beeing used by all the vdInserts that represent the points in DGN.
