Make text of 3D dimension (not in X/Y Plane) to be aligned proper relative to the dimension line

Solution

In version 9002.0.2 a new constant value -1000 is supported for HorizontalRotation property of vdDimension
The HorizontalRotation Get/Set the angle in radians that represents the horizontal direction relative to the object ECSMatrix matrix
Set it to -1000 in order to always return the angle twist in radians about Z Axis of object ECSMatrix in counter-clockwise direction.
This is usefull in order dimensions that tranformed in 3d have their text aligned proper relative to the dimension line
