In version 1002.0.5 the default value for the vdDocument.GlobalRenderProperties.PanUserFlag was changed to vdRenderGlobalProperties.PanUserFlags.None
For large drawings in Wire2d mode you can use the vdRenderGlobalProperties.PanUserFlags.ScrollDC, which may be smoother with some Graphic Card drivers or when the Application is running on a remote desktop
