Solution
A new Printer Dialog was implement in version 11.4.1
Also it was added in vdFormsRes project of ResourcesLocalization (see frmvdprint.cs and frmvdprint_more.cs)
In order to use old Printer Dialogs set the VectorDraw.Professional.vdObjects.vdPrint.UseOldDialog = true;
