Summary
PolyHatch created using a polyline apperas with wrong Bulge. More specifically, when the frmGetHatchDialog dialog is used to create a PolyHatch object on top of a polyline, the polyhatch (in some cases depending on the Polyline's Extrusion Vetor) would end up with wrong bulge.
