60002094 cmdPolyline does not work well when radious and angle has been used

Summary

cmdPolyline does not work well when radious and angle has been used Using CmdPolyLine function if i set first point as (0,0), second point as (500,0), then A to choose Arc, R to set radius with dim 30, again A to set Included Arc with dim 180, then radius of arc segment really drawn depends from point selected to set direction of chord of arc .
