Summary
The GetBoundaryPolyFromPoint in some cases like in the attached VDML doesn't return a polyline (VertexList is empty).
Solution
We had this method very precise looking at a closed region with a precision of 7. We adjusted the precision depending the current view. Fixed in 6027
