Summary
Issue with exported VDS file. When trying to open it a status 7000 error occurs and the drawing fails.
Solution
Fixed in 6028. The VDS file was corrupted resulting in the library to fail to open it. With this fix, the corrupted entities will be ignored and the rest of the file will be opened normally. (The file needs to be exported again)
