60002174 DGN fails to open and texts are not rendered properly

Summary

We have had recently some diffculties displaying DGN files with your VDF component. I have attached a DGN file that causes that kind of problems, as well as the same content saved as a DWG file with MicroStation. The DWG displays well. When I open the DGN with Simple CAD, I can locate the source of the problem within most of the blocks. Some vdMTexts have a weird insertion point and text string (see image attached). I hope this example can help you locate the cause of the problem.
