Summary
Some drawings have wrong vdDimension and vdDimStyle ScaleFactor = 0 are not displayed correct.
Solution
ScaleFactor and LinearScaleFactor cannot be 0. Fixed in 7.7006.0.7 so value 0 will be ignored.
