Solution
A new property MinPenWidth of document.GlobalRenderProperties was exported in version 7015.0.3
Get/Set Minimun penwidth in output render device in inches
Default value is 0.006 inches
Example:
document.GlobalRenderProperties.MinPenWidth = 0.0015
