Summary
Insert of block VDDIM_DEFAULT that is on layer "2" is visible although layer 2 is switched off. After Regen command the insert is not visible anymore. Same behavior also when switching on the layer.
Solution
Fixed in 7016 , this issue had to do with the open of the DXF format.
