Wrong import of .DGN TextNode object
Solution
Fixed in version 8005.0.3
TextNodeNumbers are added in a Layer named Dgn_NodeNumbers
By default the Document->ActiveView->FrozenLayerList contains this Layer when dgn ShowTextNodesFlag is false
User can also change the Frozen or On property of this Layer
