Adding a figure using CommandAction over an active viewport leaves garbage in the drawing screen

Fixed in version 1002.0.5
It has todo with vdRenderGlobalProperties.ActionFlags.Support3D of vdDocument.GlobalRenderProperties.ActionFlags
In version 1002.0.5 vdRenderGlobalProperties.ActionFlags.Support3D is supported only with model layout or maximized viewports
