60001030 cmdArc "3P" works different in version 6 than in version 5

Summary

In version6 cmdArc "3P" works different than in version 5, is it possible to add a compatibility mode ?

Solution

In version 6017 a new option was added in CmdArc with first parameter "E3p"
In case that the first parameter is "3P" then the second parameter pepresents the start point of arc, the third is the End point and the last is a mid point on arc.
In case that the first parameter is "E3P" then the second parameter pepresents the start point of arc, the third is a point on arc and the last is the end point of arc.
